📡 QTC – DAPNET-Station in Bukarest
Gemeinsam mit Cornel, YO3IFO, habe ich in Bukarest einen DAPNET-Sender in Betrieb genommen.
Nach Einreichung der technischen Unterlagen und Abschluss des offiziellen Verfahrens bei ANCOM wurde die Station offiziell genehmigt. Der Sender befindet sich an meinem Standort und wird von dort aus betrieben.
Die Station arbeitet im 70-cm-Band auf 439.9875 MHz mit dem POCSAG-Protokoll (1200 Baud).

📡 Funktionsweise und regionale Informationen
Nachrichten können über eine Web-Oberfläche an eine individuelle RIC-Adresse oder an eine Informationsrubrik gesendet werden. Die Meldungen werden im Netzwerk verteilt und von regionalen Sendern ausgestrahlt.
Für die Region YO3 ist insbesondere die regionale Rubrik RIC 1013 relevant. Funkamateure, die RIC 1013 in ihrem Pager programmiert haben, erhalten regionale Informationen direkt auf ihr Gerät.

Împreună cu Cornel, YO3IFO, am pus în funcțiune un emițător DAPNET în București.
După depunerea documentației tehnice și finalizarea procedurii oficiale la ANCOM, stația a fost autorizată. Emițătorul este amplasat la locația mea și este operat de aici.
Stația funcționează în banda de 70 cm pe frecvența 439.9875 MHz, utilizând protocolul POCSAG la 1200 baud.

Mesajele pot fi trimise prin interfața web către o adresă RIC individuală sau către o rubrică informațională. Mesajele sunt distribuite în rețea și retransmise de emițătoarele regionale.
Pentru zona YO3 este importantă rubrica regională RIC 1013. Radioamatorii care au programat RIC 1013 pe pager primesc informații regionale direct pe dispozitiv.

Together with Cornel, YO3IFO, I have put a DAPNET transmitter into operation in Bucharest.
After submitting the technical documentation and completing the official procedure with ANCOM, the station was officially approved. The transmitter is installed at my location and operated from there.
